A fun introduction to dance for little ones (1+ years) and their grown ups.

A gentle introduction into the wonderful world of ballet for 2 – 4 year olds. The main focus of the class is creativity and fun whilst gently introducing basic ballet technique, co ordination and musicality.
Fun and creative ballet class’s for children from 4 years +. We follow the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) syllabus and children may take exams from age 5 if they wish to do so. Ballet class is not just about learning steps it’s about being creative, learning how to perform, enhancing musicality, increasing confidence and learning correct technique in a fun and friendly environment. Each ballet class at Jazzy J’s is designed with this in mind.
Pop Star Steps
A funky fun class for children age 4 – 6. Learn fun routines to the latest chart hits!
A follow on from pop star steps for children age 6+. We follow the ISTD syllabus and children may take exams from age 6 if they wish to do so. The class’s focus on increasing fitness, flexibility, musicality, co –ordination and performance skills. The aim of every class is for the children to grow in confidence, have fun and build a good modern dance technique.
For children age 4+ we follow the ISTD Tap syllabus. Classes focus on developing tap technique, a sense of rhythm and musicality. Children may take exam’s from the age of 6 if they wish to do so. All classes are designed to be fun, exciting and fairly noisy!!!
We run adult classes in tap, ballet, yoga and street dance fitness which are a great way to get and keep fit whilst igniting or rekindling a passion for dance. We run classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Why not come along and give it a go!
