Trial lessons:
We offer a 3 week trial* period for you to try out our classes before you commit to the term. This costs £15.
If you decide you want to attend regularly after the 3 week trial period is over, you will be invoiced for the remainder of the term.
* Please note existing students and adult classes do not follow the 3 week trial. You will receive a free trial lesson. The 3 week trial period must be taken in consecutive weeks.
Invoices:
You will receive an invoice via email before the term begins which should be paid before the first lesson.
Invoices can be paid online or by cheque (payable to ‘Jazzy J’s Dance Academy’)
Notice Period
If you wish to stop classes part way through a term we require 6 weeks’ notice before a refund can be made.
Late Payment:
There are limited places in each class and late payment could result in your child losing his/her place to others on the waiting list. Also any payments more than 3 weeks late will incur an additional administration charge.
If you have any issues with payment, please let us let us know.
Fees:
Standard classes cost:
30 minute classes – £7.40
45 minute classes – £8.40 (£9.40 for a combined class)
1 hour classes – £9.40 (£11.40 for a combined class)
Classes at Grade 4 level and above (including Pre-Senior & Senior classes) are charged at an additional £1 per class more than our standard class pricing.
All Acro classes are £11.40 a class.
Unlimited Dancing:
A monthly payment option to help spread the costs for those students who take a lot of classes with us. The monthly options are financially viable for individuals who take at least 6 full priced classes a week or simply wish to spread the costs of invoices.
£110 pcm up to Year 7 (£120pcm to include Acro)
£130 pcm for Year 8 & 9 (£140pcm to include Acro)
£150 pcm for Year 10 + (£160pcm to include Acro)
For this you can take as many Jazzy J’s classes as you like a term (please note this does not include singing classes or classes outside of our regular timetable), monthly direct debits are due on the 1st of the month and are due though out the year (i.e. even during holiday periods). NB: If you wish to stop or change from the monthly plan you need to give at least one month’s notice.
