UNIFORM
The next date for ordering is the first week after half term.
Uniform MUST be paid for at the time of ordering – we will not process the order until payment has been received in the form of chq or bacs payment – thanks so much for you understanding and co operation with this.
Please Make sure all children have their hair tied back for lessons – thanks.
EXAMS
Ballet exams have been booked for 23rd July we are still waiting for tap and modern dates.
If your child is in the following class they will have the option to take an exam if they wish to do so…..
- Pre Primary ballet Thursday 5:00 class and Saturday 10:00 class
- Level 1 ballet 4:15 Friday Class
- Primary Ballet Thursday 5:30 and Saturday 11:15 class
- Primary Modern thursday 6:00 class
- Primary Tap Saturday 10:45 class
Children will need to attend coaching lessons I will be in touch with details shortly.
DURING CLASSES
I know sometimes it can’t be helped but where possible (especially if your child’s class is the first of the day) try to arrive slightly before the lesson starts so we can start on time and the children get the full length of the lesson – thank you
If your child is new to class and you stay with them please can I ask you don’t chat whilst the lesson is taking place – again apologies – its just its really distracting for myself and the children if people are chatting whilst the class is on. Thank you so much for your co operation on this.
Please make sure children have been to the toilet before lesson’s start where possible – Thanks
Holidays
We Break up for half term next Friday 13th February. There are no staurday lesson’s either side of half term (14th and 20th feb) we start back on 25th February for a very short 4 week term!
Gemma will be emailing invoices out soon – thanks so much for being so prompt with payments it really helps!!
NEW CLASS
Adult Tap Thursdays 7:00 – 7:40 starts 25th February @ Copmanthorpe Methodist Church. First class FREE then £4.50 a class. speak to Jess to book a place!
